Le Cheval Est Rapide

Oh, how rude of me. Excuse my French. I was just saying "The horse is quick."

I took a 5-minute intro course on simple French online. Now I have to purchase the program.

Besides saying that I can also say,

"Le vendeur est rapide" and "Le crayon est rapide", which translate to "The salesman is quick" and "The pencil is quick" respectively.

How the sentence "The pencil is quick" is supposed to help me if I visit Montreal, I don't know.

Well, I got my hair cut last week at Tanya's house. I went from this;

to this!

If you look at my head there's this line running through my head. There's another on the other side to make it look symmetrical.

And here are my two cool stylists.

So, that's my free haircut right there. I enjoy the fact that I didn't have to fork out $23 for a haircut, as mentioned before (HERE).

Anyway, it snowed heavily the other week. And here are some interesting photos.

Building snowmen is a must.

When walking in snow, you need these kind of shoes. And you spray with a coat of waterproof liquid. Only con is, these shoes are soooooo massively heavy.

A day or two after the snow falls, it melts and forms these really cool icicles near the rooftops. Some of them can reach 1 foot long, and look so awesome.

No. That's not a massive soccer field. It's a massive lake, FROZEN OVER. People skate on it. People have fishing expeditions on it. And craziest of all, people drive on it.

If you think this is bad. New York got 9 feet of snow the other day!

A strawberry pie with cherry sauce. DROOOOL. I think there's still some left in the fridge.

So I guess that's all for now. Sorry I haven't been updating lately.

To top it all off, today's blog was brought to you by the letter "K".

K is for Katie.
